The mapchart is the best chart to display geographic disparities.

This chart is good to compare values of different areas.

The zones can be geographic regions or different areas of a commercial center.

In our case I can cleary tell that Paris, Lyon and Strasbourg contributes to France GDP 📈

🗺️ Custom base map allows you to display whatever you want! It can be the world, areas, countries, cities, neighborhood and even floor plans of a shopping mall -great to analyze which shops are the most visited and if those shops are located close to each other-

In our case I can zoom in Italia and quickly tell how zones are performing. Wooow! 4 areas have a very high GDP : Piemonte, Lombardia, Toscana, Sardegna, Sicilia 🤩

⚙️ Crossfilter functionality allows you to use your map chart as a master with another viz! It can be a horizontal bar chart, a stacked bar one, etc.

How great it is to click on a Country, France for example, and to access many informations at one time! I am able to see the GDP for France, but also the number of people for each cities : Paris, Lyon, Strasbourg, etc. What is awesome is that if I click on the United Kingdom, I can also quickly see the population for London, Bristol, Edinburgh… 🚀
